Kevin M. Downey
President

Kevin Downey was named President of the Leawood Office Business Center on March 1, 2003. His responsibilities initially included spearheading the site selection and naming processes, overseeing the facility's construction timeline and developing vendor relationships. He will continue to supervise the business center's space development, along with sales and marketing strategies.

Prior to joining LOBC, Kevin was a Sales Executive for the Callaway Golf Company for two years and covered the Kansas and Missouri markets. Before that he was a Territorial Account Executive for Greenville, SC-based Slazenger Golf. In that position, he was based in Indianapolis and covered the state of Indiana.

Kevin holds a B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and received his M.A. degree in Philosophy from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.

He and his wife Melissa reside in Overland Park, Kansas. The couple has a six-year-old son, Nicholas, and a three-year-old son, Zachary.

Norman F. Fox
Consultant

Norman F. Fox has served as an industry consultant for the Leawood Office Business Center since the project's inception in early 2003. His duties will focus on serving in an advisory position for LOBC President Kevin Downey.

Norman is President of Simon Fox & Company, a design, planning and office furnishings firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Since 1988, his company has been providing consulting services to the office business center industry in the areas of site selection, space design, interior architecture and marketing, technology and organizational consultation.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Office Business Center Association International (OBCAI) and founded executivesuiteplanners.com as a professional-services site geared toward operators of office business centers.

Norman is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Architecture. He and his wife of 34 years reside in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania.
