Leawood Office Business Center Debuts With Open House

Community leaders and public get their first look at shared-office
facility on Thursday, November 20

Leawood, KS (November 3, 2003) – The Leawood Office Business Center (LOBC) is tenant-ready and open for business.

The grand opening of the 15,500-square foot facility — located at 135th and Roe in Leawood’s Plaza Pointe Nine business park — will be celebrated with a late afternoon Open House on Thursday, November 20. Doing the honors at the 4:30 p.m. ribbon cutting will be Leawood Mayor Peggy J. Dunn and Chamber of Commerce President Kevin Jeffries.

An Open House will follow immediately from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Food and refreshments will be served. Parking is free.

"We’re looking forward to getting started," says LOBC President Kevin Downey. "This facility offers mobile and entrepreneurial tenants the option of choosing from one of five service plans along with the mandatory bells and whistles required to meet the officing needs of the modern workforce."

The Leawood Office Business Center is a locally and privately owned and operated alternative to conventional office space. Tenants will have access to the shared-office facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The one-story executive suite concept opened in November 2003.
